Dorcas Dlamini-Mbele

Dorcas Dlamini Mbele is the Group Sales Director for Protea Hotels by Marriott, part of the Marriott International group. Dorcas has 14 & a half years’ experience in the hospitality industry and has grown through the ranks at Protea Hotels by Marriott. Today Dorcas leads a team of over 60 sales associates in South Africa. She has previously been awarded the ASATA / Diners Club Award for ‘Tomorrow’s Leader in Travel 2013’, in 2016 she was named as one of the Top 40 Women in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) and in 2017 she was named one for the Top 100 Young Independent Leaders by the Independent Media.
