Currently Regional Director of People & Culture for Minor Hotels responsible for the African properties, Ashleigh returned to South African in 2009 having spent 12 amazing years abroad, working for Carnival Cruise Lines as Senior Training manager and then One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives as Training and Quality Assurance Manager.
Prior to that she worked for various hotels in operations from kitchen through to housekeeping and Rooms Divisions. Ashleigh’s career took a turn and she ended up in the People&Culture world by default, but that is definitely where her passion lies.
