As Head of Capital Markets in Sub-Saharan Africa, Fabio focuses on delivering strategic services to local, regional and global clients across Sub-Saharan Africa. Fabio has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. His broad range of experience includes commercial property financing, equity raising/sourcing, commercial due diligence for single asset and portfolio disposal, operator selection services, buy-side advisory and hotel investment sale services.

Key Experience:

Fabio joined the team at JLL in 2018, having gained experience in the property financing sector within the Southern African banking industry. Previous notable appointments include having been a Relationship Manager at Nedbank Property Finance, where he was responsible for the Mpumalanga area in South Africa, as well as a Specialized Structured Lender for RMB Private Bank.

Fabio holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate (Cum Laude), B.Comm Honours degree in finance and business management from the University of South Africa, as well as a Chartered Financial Planning degree from the University of the Free State.
