Rish is a Director at HVS MEA’s Cape Town office. He has worked on multiple hospitality and mixed-used development projects in Africa since January 2017. He also has four years of consulting experience in developing markets in Asia Pacific working on portfolio valuations, feasibility studies, asset appraisals, operator searches, market studies, transaction advisory and due diligence. Prior to his tenure at HVS, Rishabh has worked in hotel operations with the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) before moving to a development role with his family’s hotel business. He graduated from the Taj Management Training Program in 2008 and holds a BA (Hons) in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Aurangabad (University of Huddersfield, UK).
