Sarah has been the Managing Director of Hospitality Jobs Africa since 2008 with a successful team of 15 consultants. Prior to which she ran Hospitality Jobs Ireland in Europe. Sarah is an Industrial Psychology graduate – with over 25 year’s working as a hospitality recruitment consultant as well as training other recruitment agencies across South Africa. She has a post graduate qualification in employment law and is widely published as a leader in the field in competency-based assessment.

Sarah has a vast knowledge of onboarding projects for new restaurant and hotel openings with leading global hospitality brands throughout Africa, The Indian Ocean, Ireland, The UK, Cruise Ships, The Middle East and America.
