Restaurateur since 1991. Involved in numerous brands and concepts, mostly co-founder and current co-owner of the Grillhouse Group established in 1994 comprised of 3 outlets in JHB and 1 in Sydney. Founder member of RASA, and proudly a hands on, owner operator, hamburger mechanic with the industry at heart.
Proudest achievement to date is possible surviving the past two years with all businesses and staff in tact.
