He is the former Head of SME Banking for Absa/Barclays Africa responsible for the Enterprise
Development strategy, operations and activities as well as the development of competitive
and innovative propositions for emerging Small and Medium-size Enterprises across 12
countries in Africa.

He held various positions in banking gaining experience across
various functions initially in the Investment Banking Division, Africa cross-border
remittances (Western Union), Small Business and Specialised Finance Divisions.
Prior to banking, Sisa held senior positions across various industries including, FMCG and
Aviation.

An accountant by training, Sisa holds an MBA from GIBS and has studied an International
Executive Programme from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
