Ambience Hospitality Brands was formed in 2016 to represent some of the world’s leading hotelware brands promises to offer a complete end to end solution for businesses. They include WMF Professional, Tafelstern Professional Porcelain, Schott Zwiesel, Dudson Ltd and Craster. All these brands cater to the middle to high-end sector of the Horeca industry.

At this year’s show they will showcase trending product and concepts from each of our brands which we represent focusing mainly on areas such as tabletop solutions, glassware, crockery and buffetware systems. It believe that The Hotel Show is a suitable platform as to showcase their brands and company in a professional way and to get market exposure into the HoReCa industry in South Africa and Africa.

Gillian Du Toit
OWNER/DIRECTOR
Gillian has diverse experience in multi-disciplined operations. This includes Information Technology, International and Domestic Logistics and distribution of International Brands in South Africa.
She started her career as a Microsoft Certificated Systems Engineer and after a number of years in the IT segment her path diverted to logistics where she gained expertise in Warehouse Management for a leading Logistics company. Thereafter, her career expanded again to Head of Operations for an importer and distributor of International Houseware Brands.
In April 2016 Gillian established Ambience Hospitality Brands.
Catherine Zimmermann
EXECUTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Catherine has represented renown International Hospitality Brands for many years and has gained vast experience and knowledge in this segment.
She is a specialist in customer relations and product knowledge. She partners with many Key Executives, General Managers, Food and Beverage Managers and Chefs to meet their diverse needs.
Her markets include hotels, lodges/game farms, restaurants, caterers, buffet system solutions, corporate meeting rooms/executive suites, sports clubs and private homes.
Marilyn Craul
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Marilyn has had a successful and diverse career in many markets including accounting, catering, indoor gardens, courier and procurement.
She is a specialist in business management and administration and will ensure seamless service to our customers and partners.
Alan Fitt
EXECUTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Alan has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. His experience as a Lodge Manager, Head Chef and Restaurateur brings depth and knowledge of the industry to Ambience Hospitality Brands. Alan has a vast network of Clients in Restaurants, Wine Estates, Boutique Hotels, Private Game Reserves and Corporate Hotels. Alan is responsible for the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape areas.
