The company recently released its financial results and showed a net profit of CHF 95.8m ($94.91) from the CHF 67m ($66.48) of the previous year. It showed a great increase of 3,4 per cent amounting to CHF 1,18m ($1,16) higher than the previous year.
With two acquisitions that contribute highly in the performance and position of the organisation, the acquisition includes Mesker Openings Group (United States) and Black & Decker (Stanley). Acquisitions consequently make Dormakaba a number three in the North American market.
Dormakaba has presence in more than 130 countries, and it operates both globally and locally.
