This ex-flight attendant is set to open SA's first township boutique hotel in Khayelitsha
South Africa’s first four-star township boutique hotel, Spade Hotel and Spa will open in Khayelitsha, near Cape Town, next month.
The hotel, situated 24km away from Cape Town International Airport, has 13 suites with modern finishes and design elements. It has en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, unlimited WiFi, complimentary tea, coffee-making facilities, Smart TVs, and fully stocked minibars.
It is also equipped with an in-house gym, a spa, a heated outdoor pool, and a restaurant and bar. For guests travelling for business, it has business facilities and a complimentary shuttle service.
The suites and luxury rooms have views of Table Mountain, the Cape Winelands and the Helderberg Mountains.
It is close to Cape Town’s key tourism gems, such as the Cape Town City Bowl, which is 24km away, the Cape Winelands and Muizenberg Beach. Table Mountain is 34km away, while the V&A Waterfront is 36km away.
