- Royal Olympic Cruises (former Epirotiki Cruises), Piraeus Greece. Deputy Marketing and Sales Director. Responsible for the Greek and European Markets.
- Royal Olympic Cruises (former Epirotiki Cruises) New York. Marketing and Sales and Operations.
- Immigrated to South Africa.
- Founded Cruises International. The country’s largest marketing company of cruise holidays.
- 1998 Founded the Greek Tourism Office. The only Tour Operator selling exclusively holidays to Greece. Represented GRECOTEL.
- 2004 Closed the Greek Tourism Office for personal reasons.

Under the leadership of George Argyropoulos, Cruises International has consistently received numerous awards for exceeding production goals by all the cruise lines represented by the company. Namely: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Seabourn, Crystal Cruises, Amawaterways, SeaDream Yachting, Azamara Club Cruises and Oceania Cruises.
After 25 years, Cruises International is still one of the largest companies in its industry worldwide. It commands a market share over 55% in the South African market.
2015 ASATA Achievement award for the support offered to the travel industry.
October 2016 Cruises International was successfully sold to Bidvest Services Group.
